Rosemagali grew up in a family where hard work and responsibility were nonnegotiable. Her parents taught her the importance of consistency, showing up for others, giving back to the community, and remaining committed to her goals through every challenge.

As captain of her high school soccer team, Rosemagali led with focus and dependability while balancing practices, academics, and leadership responsibilities. When an ankle injury threatened her senior season, she approached physical therapy with determination and returned to the field stronger than before. The experience deepened her interest in sports medicine and strengthened her desire to help others recover from injuries.

In the classroom, Rosemagali challenged herself through the Distinguished Scholars Program and earned recognition in Sports Medicine, History, and Math. Her dedication also led to an internship at her Sports Medicine teacher’s chiropractic clinic. The hands-on experience confirmed her passion for healthcare and gave her an early look at the career she hoped to pursue.

In spring 2026, Rosemagali earned her bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach, becoming the first JAR Family Foundation Scholarship recipient to graduate from college. The Foundation celebrated and honored her historic achievement at its 2026 Scholarship Luncheon. Rosemagali’s journey reflects the perseverance, purpose, and heart that define the JAR Family Foundation community, and she is now ready to carry those qualities into a career in sports medicine.
